Summer Youth Camping Sessions

We will be having 2 sessions per week. The 1st is a Monday morning check-in, starting at 7-9am and a Thurs morning check-out between 7-9am. It will be available for Stake and Ward YW camps. The 2nd session will be a Thursday check-in starting at 1-2:30pm and a Saturday check out between 3-5pm. This session won’t be available for YW stakes but it will be available for YW Wards and Youth Conferences.

All youth groups wanting to attend a 2024 Summer Youth Camping Session, will need to get on one of our waiting lists. To get on the waiting lists, go to our website at hebervalleycamp.info. Scroll down and you will see 4 white buttons. Click the appropriate button and fill out the form and hit submit. A Heber Valley Camp reservation specialist will contact you and discuss options for a reservation within a couple of weeks. They will then guide you through the process of making a reservation.

Ward Waiting List Helps

Each cabin has 16 beds (8 bunk beds) and fire regulations allow us to sleep 4 on the floor, if we don’t have cots. You can still have a sleeping pad and sleeping bag if you’re on the floor. Each cabin can hold 16 to 20 campers.

Our campsites have 3 or 4 cabins each and if you are a ward that would fill 1 or 2 cabins, you will need to share with another ward. Sharing usually works better if you can find another ward, possibly from your stake, that can share with you. Half of our campgrounds have 3 cabins with 1 cook station at their campsites. Those campsites have 48 beds and can hold up to 60 people with campers on the floor. FYI - The girls usually don’t want to sleep with just a couple of girls in a cabin alone if they can sleep on the floor and bond with the other girls in another cabin.

If you are able to find another ward to share the campsite with you, please note the Ward Name in the comments section of the waiting list.

Welcome to Heber Valley Camp

The Heber Valley camp is located in the mountains above the beautiful Heber Valley where the elevation ranges from 7500-10,000 feet. The camp was created to primarily serve the Young Women of the church. The camp also hosts groups and families when available. The purpose of the camp is to provide a place of refuge where Young Women, groups and families can feel the Spirit of our Lord and deepen their personal relationship with our Savior Jesus Christ.
