2026 YOUTH THEME WALK

The Walk opens to the general public on May 27.
It will close on September 19.

You may provide up to three choices of days. After we receive your request, we will evaluate availability for those dates and determine a date and time slot.  You will receive an email from Heber Valley Camp that either confirms your requested reservation or asks for additional information.

As you make a request for a reservation during this period, consider the following:

  1. The Walk will be closed on May 22, 23, 25, and 26.

  2. The Walk is closed on Sundays.

  3. After August 7, all slots for the Walk will be available to the general public.

  4. From May 27 through August 7, the youth who are camping at Heber Valley Camp will occupy most of the available slots for the Walk.

  • Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays will have  limited availability.

  • Thursdays and Fridays will have generally have no availability.

  • Saturdays are the best day for the general Church membership to come to the Walk.

The Walk is approximately 1.5 miles long over mountainous terrain. It will take about 90 minutes to complete. Please dress appropriately for a high-altitude climate and weather conditions. We recommend the Walk for persons 8 and older.

The Walk will cost $3.00 per person. Those who cannot walk the entire way can, upon request, be transported via a side-by-side vehicle for $20.00 per person. As you make your request for a reservation, you can indicate if there are persons in your group who have mobility challenges and who will need motorized transportation. 

Payment instructions will be provided when you receive a confirmation. At this time we can only accept payment by check. We apologize for the inconvenience but Church policy does not allow us to receive payments by any other method.
